A leftover remix win!

Using a delicious meatloaf I made on Tuesday, I was able to make the most insane meatlovers pizza.

So simple, so flavorful, and so delicious!

Utilizing leftover meatloaf you can create a wonderful meatlovers pizza.

Ingredients

  • 1 ball of pre-made pizza dough
  • flour for dusting
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1-2 cups leftover meatloaf
  • 1.5 cup cooked sweet italian sausage
  • Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Remove dough from fridge and place in a large bowl, let come to room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 475.
  3. Lightly dust the counter with flour and turn out your pizza dough. Roll into a rectangle the size of your sheet pan.
  4. Place a few spoonfuls of your sauce on the dough and gently work around the pizza, leaving an edge for the crust. Don't put too much sauce or your crust won't get a beautiful crunch.
  5. Next, layer on your shredded mozzarella cheese followed by your meatloaf and sausage.
  6. Finally, sprinkle some of your parmesan.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until your crust is golden brown and cheese nice and bubbly.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
